Your Itinerary
Day 1
Your guide picks you up at your lodging after breakfast and brings you to our office, where you are suited with a complete snowmobile outfit. After a complete briefing, we drive along the magnificent Tetons to our trailhead at Yellowstone South Entrance.
Our journey takes us to West Thumb Geyser Basin, where sightings of eagles, swans and coyotes are possible. We visit some of the 10,000 thermal features of the Park and have lunch watching the eruption of Old Faithful. The night finds us in West Yellowstone, relaxing in the hot tub of our hotel before or after dinner...
Day 2
We complete the lower loop, riding through Hayden Valley, a common winter range for bison and wolves. The highlight of the day is the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. Here the scenery (including Yellowstone Falls) is absolutely stunning.
Our journey returns us to the South Entrance, and we head back to Jackson. The night will be spent in Jackson, and dinner will be at one of the premier restaurants in town.
Day 3
Your guide will pick you up at your lodging on the way to the trailhead near Grand Teton National Park, where you will begin this portion or your trip. The next 3 nights, you will stay at a mountain lodge in the heart of the backcountry.
Today you will discover the Rocky Mountain wildlife in the pristine Gros Ventre Valley, a natural winter habitat for bison, moose, elk, mountain sheep, eagles, and much more.
Day 4
After a hearty breakfast, a loop trail takes us along Fish Creek and Cottonwood Creek, through hills and timber. You'll have time to develop your skills, at your own pace, while enjoying the fantastic scenery.
The night finds you back at the lodge for another relaxing evening and hearty dining.
Day 5
Today is play time, snowmobiling the famous powder atop the high plateau of Union Pass - the perfect place to test your new skills.
After several days of adventure, the evening finds you looking forward to one last day on snowmobiles.
Day 6
Explore the Green River Valley along Sportsman's Ridge or choose to snowmobile the famous powder above Togwotee Pass. The night finds you back in Jackson, reminiscing about your adventure.
