Goosewing Ranch in Jackson Hole, Wyoming Policies Ensure a Great Stay

Minimum Stay And Check-In

The Goosewing Ranch requires a 3 night minimum stay. 3 and 5 night packages are available with arrival on Sunday or Thursday. 4 night packages are available with arrival on Sunday or Wednesday. 6, 7 and 10 night packages have a Sunday arrival.  5 and 10 night packages include a pack trip.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

Alcohol

There is a $10 corkage fee for guests who would like to bring their own alcohol.

Pets

For the safety of all guests and animals, the ranch allows pets only after approval. Pets are not permitted in any ranch building, including cabins.

Occupancy

Single occupancy allows for a maximum of 1 person to stay in a room at one time. Double occupancy allows for 2 people to stay in a room at one time.  Children under 6 are free when sharing a room with 2 or more parents or siblings.

Rates include all meals, lodging, daily maid service, activities, and all ranch amenities.

Tax And Gratuity

21% of the total bill will be added to cover gratuity and taxes.

Credit Cards

Personal or travelers checks are preferred.
Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted with no surcharge when used to pay for the deposit. A 3% credit card fee will be added when used to pay for the balance.

Deposit & Final Payment

A 30% deposit is required to make a reservation.
The balance will be collected by the ranch 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations & Travel Insurance

Deposits are non-refundable when reservations are cancelled less than 60 days before arrival. If cancellation occurs less than 45 days prior to arrival, final payment is non-refundable.
Optional travel insurance is available with a fair rate.
