Summer at the GWR
Howdy, we will start accepting applications for the 2026 summer season in Mid-November.
Please email us your application, resume, dates available for employment, desired position, and skills video at that time. Please note that applicants available to complete our full season will be given priority. Full season employment is from approximately May 4 to Oct. 2, 2026.

We encourage our staff to take advantage of all the ranch has to offer. Horseback riding, access to hiking and fishing, and the opportunity to forge incredible life-long relationships.
Our close-knit staff works hard and has a lot of fun.
Our Summer season starts in May and ends in October. Preference for hiring is given to those who can complete our full season.
Housing and meals are provided.

How to Apply
We are seeking self-motivated, outgoing and unique individuals to fill a variety of roles. A minimum age of 18 is required to apply. All applicants will be required to send references, a resume, and submit a video or cover letter.
Please fill out an application online. You will be contacted by a manager to schedule a virtual interview.
All applicants should be physically and mentally fit, with a can-do attitude and the desire to do an outstanding job. This is a ranch, not a 9-5 job. We all ride for the brand and pitch in where needed.
We do not allow first season employees to bring pets. Horses are negotiable.
